The Act of Triumph

During a traumatic incident the body prepares itself for action. These actions need to be completed. The body will show and tell what it needs to do (Pierre Janet). Wa can do the action in the room here and now, but also imagine ourselves do it in the memory. Let the child play it out, draw it, include it in the stories. It brings joy and energy! It takes the child from trauma to triumph!
